The Founder's Collective connects local entrepreneurs with the people, resources, and community they need to grow—right here in the city they're building.
We built TFC around the real needs of Atlanta entrepreneurs—from the practical to the personal. Membership means access to a community that's invested in your success.
Regular in-person events designed for genuine connection—not just networking. Meet founders who get it, because they're living it too.
A curated, high-signal channel for Atlanta's founder community. Ask questions, share leads, and get real answers from people who've been there.
Affordable group health insurance options for independent founders and their families. Because building a company shouldn't mean losing your coverage.
Connect with fellow founders navigating the same crossroads. Get unfiltered perspective from people building in Atlanta alongside you—no consultants, no gatekeepers.
Curated tools, discounts, and partner services negotiated for founder-stage businesses.
The Founder's Collective was created by two entrepreneurs who know firsthand what it means to build something from scratch—and how much easier it is when you're not doing it alone.
Ben is a psychologist, entrepreneur, and community architect who has spent his career creating the conditions for people to connect meaningfully. From co-founding The Clinicians Collective—which provides group health plans and community for private-practice clinicians—to leading The Decency Project and The Michaelis Group, his work consistently returns to one belief: the right room, with the right people, changes everything. A Columbia summa cum laude graduate with a PhD from NYU, Ben brings to TFC what he knows firsthand: how much easier it is to build something when you're not doing it alone.
Erin is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and community builder who has spent her career creating conditions for people to grow. As founder of In Perspective Services (now Springboard Strategy) and a partner at The Michaelis Group, she has guided founders and executives through the transitions that matter most. With an MFA in Creative Writing, a certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Harvard, and ICF certification, she brings rare range—creative instinct alongside strategic rigor. She has mentored student entrepreneurs, led community support programs, and volunteered for years with Agape Youth & Family Center here in Atlanta. The thread through all of it: a belief that the right community changes everything.
